Huw speaks in debate on Special Educational Needs

The provision of dedicated Special Educational Needs is not working as it should for many parents or schools in East Sussex or for our County Council. In a debate in Parliament, Huw talked of reform and the need to invest in order to ensure that all parties are dedicated towards providing the best school setting for pupils in need.
