Local MP and Chair of the Transport Select Committee Huw Merriman spoke all things planes, trains and automobiles in today's Transport Debate.

• How the private sector can continue to boost rail passenger numbers once Great British Railways comes to fruition.
• The need for the Government to future-proof the aviation industry for the possibility of further variants of concern, and to support the development of sustainable aviation fuel.
• How road pricing could fill the £35 billion fiscal black hole caused by the loss of Vehicle Excise Duty and Fuel Duty from the transition to zero emission vehicles.
