Despite severe weather warnings and much of the county closing their doors on Friday 2 March it was business as usual for the annual Bexhill Jobs & Apprenticeships Fair, which went full steam ahead and proved a huge success.
A large number of constituents, local schools and businesses have been impacted by limited or no water supplies as a result of an unprecedented amount of burst pipes and leaks following the freezing conditions experienced last week.
This year’s Bexhill Jobs and Apprenticeships Fair will be taking place at the De La Warr Pavilion on Friday 2 March from 10am to 3pm. Now in its third year, it is promising to be the biggest and best yet.
Following the launch of the new Battle Twinning Association's Tapestry project last month, the first public stitching session opened last Thursday (15th February 2018) at an event held in Battle Library.
