Transport Select Committee Emissions Testing investigating the vehicle emissions scandal which impacted Volkswagen cars. Likely to lead to a tightening of European Union regulations so that cars are not just tested for emissions in laboratories, where software can 'cheat' the test, but in real-world driving conditions.
