Huw asks Minister to help change justice laws

In the House of Commons, Huw asked the Justice Minister to intervene and lead a change in the law to ensure convicted rapists do not get rights over children conceived through their heinous crime and said he would remain committed to using his voice to ensure that we look after the victims, not the criminals. The Minister said he recognised this commitment and hoped that Huw would consider putting his views going forward in the drafting of the legislation.
